Shipping within Germany:
UPS: Delivery time 1-3 business days. For orders over €40.00, shipping is free. For orders under this value, we charge €6.90 shipping including 19% VAT.
EXPRESS UPS: Orders received before 11:00 AM will be delivered the next business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next business day. Business days: Monday - Friday. €21.50 including 19% VAT.
DHL: Delivery time 1-3 business days. For orders under €40, shipping costs are €7.50 including 19% VAT. For orders over €40, shipping costs are €5.20 including 19% VAT.
International
USA - FedEx: Delivery time 4–6 business days. We charge €19.90. These prices include 19% VAT, which is valid for Germany. The VAT adjustment is automatically calculated during the order process.
Rest of the world - Spring GDS: Delivery time 5-10 business days. Deliveries abroad via Spring GDS are made in partnership with delivery services in the respective partner country. We calculate the shipping costs abroad with Spring GDS as follows. These prices include 19% VAT, valid for Germany. The VAT adjustment for the respective delivery country is automatically calculated during the order process.

Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within 1-3 days within Germany, and for international deliveries within 5-10 days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Working days: Monday - Friday
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
