Conditions of participation competition / raffle

Organizer of the competition: Richter-Leder GmbH, Industriestr. 4, 71549 Auenwald, Germany

Duration of the competition: 04/26/2023 up to and including 05/15/2023

Eligibility to participate: Advance purchase order item number 1941

Participation: Every buyer who has made a binding purchase of the goods with article number 1941 between April 26, 2023 and May 15, 2023 automatically participates.

Procedure of the competition / raffle: On 06/05/2023 a winner will be determined from all participants by means of a lottery wheel.

Time and manner of notification of the winner: The winner will be announced in the course of the calendar week 23/2023 informed by email.

Details of the prize offered: Bracelet made from a guitar string played live by Matt Gonzo Roehr during the Böhse Onkelz concert on September 13th, 2022 in Hamburg. The bracelet comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Opportunity to end participation in the competition: The participant has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Participation in the sweepstakes / raffle expires if the contract is revoked. A buyer of goods with article number 1941 who does not want to take part in the competition can announce their disinterest by sending an email to info@richterstraps.com. The text "I DON'T WANT TO ENTER THE COMPETITION" in the subject or body is sufficient. The email must be sent from the order email address.

Data protection: The participant agrees that the confirmation of our data protection declaration in the course of the purchase contract when purchasing article 1941 is also valid for participation in the competition / raffle.

We reserve the right to end the competition/raffle extraordinarily if there are important reasons.
